General conditions of supply of the musical instruments

|
Supply of the musical instruments is carried out exclusively under the following conditions accepted by the Customer whether or not the order has been made in writing.
1. Prices
The product price is that shown on the official price lists valid at that time and available on the Internet Clavicembali e Temperamenti website.
The prices shown in the price lists are those ex workshop in Villastrada, Perugia, Italy and do not include tax, insurance and transport.
The prices shown on the price lists are "manufacturer's recommended price"; otherwise, a sales price may vary according to most favoured conditions offered. In this case, however, the prices shown on the confirmation of the order sent in writing to the Customer are valid.
2. Delivery
Studio Line instruments are ready for delivery and the supply can be made within 4 weeks from the date of the order. In the case of Masterinstrument Line instruments, it is necessary to come to an agreement directly with Maestro Claudio Tuzzi.
Eventual delay in delivery owing to causes of force majeure and/or unpredictable events out of our power and will, do not give the Customer the right to cancel the order, in other words claim compensation.
3. Invoicing
The 30% of the purchase price is required at the moment of the order as an advance on the final supply. Except for particular agreements inserted in the confirmation of the order, settlement is requested on the delivery of the instrument. In case of supply inside the EEC, VAT is applied according to the Italian law.
In case of supply in countries outside the EEC, VAT is of rule applied according to the Italian law, that is, exemption or refund are subject to the rules which regulate the import and the export of the products.
4. Payment
The payment must be made on receipt of the invoice.
The delivery note will not be made until receipt of the advance and will be cancelled if the latter is not carried out within 14 days from the date of the order.
The instruments remain of our property until receipt of the agreed sum.
5. Transport
The responsibility of transport is always charged to the Customer. In the case of use of a courier, the Customer is obliged to check the state of the instrument in presence of the delivery personnel.
Should there be verification of damages caused by transport, it is necessary to rapidly prepare a written communication addressed to the courier and in copy to us for our information.
Without a confirmation on the part of the courier, it will not be possible to claim compensation for the damages. Eventual repairs are always charged to the customer.
6. Guarantee
The instruments have a 24-month guarantee ex workshop at Villastrada, Perugia, Italy, and cover all defects in manufacturing. Damages caused by accidents, improper use or tampering with the instrument are not covered by guarantee.
Intervention under guarantee is free of charge excluding transport that remains charged to the Customer.
To make use of the guarantee, a written complaint is indispensable and it must include a detailed description of the defect or damage.
In case of complaint on an unpaid instrument, the Customer may retain a sum equal to 10% of the full amount as a guarantee on the repair.
The sum retained must be settled on completion of the repair. A complaint for eventual damages does not give the Customer the right not to pay for the instrument and its transport, and in any case will be accepted within the term of one month from the Customer's taking delivery of the instrument.
7. Disputes
For any kind of dispute the Perugia judiciary, Italy, will deal with the case.
